Good atmosphere with people to work with Good staff to Dr ratio Cloud based software for easy scheduling, communications, etc Start up company, still figuring out things as we go along but allows for positive change versus being set in ways already- lots of growth Snacks Good pay with benefits of time off, flexible scheduling, health/dental/vision insurance, unlimited CE, membership dues, and all the standards etc
