Pros

They are hot in the market right now. Pay is good. Flexible working hours. You will work a lot more than 10 hours on any given day. However, for the most part, the when and where is flexible.

Cons

The worst Human Resources department and management I have ever seen. Easily the most unhealthy food in the office canteens. If you are vegan or paleo, god help you. Worse, if you are an IBS sufferer. You are completely screwed because if you are at an event, you will not be accommodated and you will not be reimbursed either. I had to carry my own food for events and for all travel. None of that was reimbursed. Their expense policy is idiotic and their expense department is underqualified at best. Management is terrible. The word 'imbecile' comes to mind.

All that Glitters is not Gold

Pros

Great group of individual contributors. Some nice people at individual contributor level hanging in there for equity. Great Product. Great Leadership by CEO

Cons

Middle management and execs are incompetent, insecure. Most of the people get away doing unethical practice, and everyone at lower level is so scared to report to upper management, no trust. Unfair practices, favoritism. HR is the worst team. No vision, no idea what happening in company as well as in their own department.
