      Amazing software and Development team. One of the very best CEOs in high tech. Strong management team. Marketing machine. Huge market opportunities. Really fast pace.

      Demanding environment (but people self-select which is a good thing).

      - Humble, sharp exec team - Fun, pro-employee culture and company - Opportunities for growth

      - No major issues. They're constantly growing and improving their processes so you have to be willing to evolve as they do.

      Pros

      Great product and great customers. Community is awesome and sharing of references internally is good. Industry has taken notice of trajectory and given positive feedback.

      Cons

      Management at times does not have all employees in mind. Favoritism is rampant and promotions from within are near non existent unless you are at HQ.
