      Healthcare (if current commissioners/HR doesn't completely dismantle that).

      Cons

      Horribly underpaid with zero willingness to rectify it, even with a mass exodus of employees.

      Decent place to work- Needs Improvement

      Pros

      Overall general good to place to work. Benefits are fantastic (but these DO NOT pay the bills). A good fit for folks valuing a slow and steady, predictable work environment.

      Cons

      Job Descriptions do not match work. Staff Assistant Title too generic for the duties. This sorely needs updated. Overall Culture should reflect the Mission Statement. Typical Leadership gets their salaries increased while Rank and file remain extremely low. High value employees have left due this problem (including myself).
