Amazing in every way

Pros

I recently started at Spokeo. In my first month here I am impressed with the work culture here. Senior Management really cares about its employees in every way, call it compensation, benefits, mental well being and career goals. Your co-workers are respectful, helpful and committed to their work and company. I would highly recommend Spokeo to anyone. Spokeo is on a promising path to become a superstar.

Cons

In the process of evolution, Spokeo has to manage technical debt along with growth, this can get challenging at times. But you must keep the focus to get over the hump.

Thank you for both your feedback and years of service at Spokeo! We appreciate your positive feedback about our compensation program. Even so, Spokeo continues to strengthen its pay and benefits offerings. These improvements include instituting unlimited PTO for all salaried roles, increasing 401k company matching to 4%, and offering more flexibility with respect to staff being able to work remotely. We also continue to invest in our management. We continue to add experienced managers who are subject matter experts in their fields to our team in light of our continued growth, while also training our current and next generation of leaders on topics like setting and managing expectations and communicating effectively within a flexible work environment.

Pros

Catered lunches, nice location, generally very friendly and upbeat managers.

Cons

After the month-long training process, you'll learn that 90% of the job is really just dealing with people calling in to cancel their "subscription" and wanting money back for a product they never intended to purchase but were misled by the deliberately unclear wording and layout.
