      Stay Away From This One - Terrible Management

      Pros

      Creative engineering. Some very nice employees.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Completely inexperienced, yet have too much ego and are too insecure to take advice from experienced professionals. No opportunities for advancement. No concept of organizational structure. There are no mamagement systems in place.

      Pros

      A lot of brain power. There's some very talented personnel working there.

      Cons

      Very poor management structure. Leadership is weak, and comprised of 4 inexperienced guys in their twenties who never held jobs elsewhere and don't really know how to run things, but think they do. They constantly argue among themselves. There's a lot of arrogance and ego involved.

      A Startup with No Management

      Pros

      The company is founded by couple Stanford graduates who worked and lived together back in college days. The relaxed college atmosphere carries on, and there is no boss telling you what to do. People trust each other in their works, and you get a lot of freedom to do whatever you want.

      Cons

      There's no one coaching you on the job. You have to figure out everything yourself. The management people are still in their mid-20s, and oftentimes they don't know the answers too. They will spend time to figure out the problems with you though.
