Cutting edge technology company in LA Lots of data to work with Pioneering a new market Relaxed atmosphere - can drink beer and play video games during downtime No large company politics

No one to hold your hand, have to be proactive about voicing your opinion Company is located on the Eastside

Pros

Free lunches, company events, nice office and location. Employees are all of a relative age, making it very easy to get along with your fellow peers.

Cons

Passive aggressive management that is completely disorganized and flies by the seat of their pants. Policies and procedures change at the drop of a hat, leaving employees vulnerable to honest mistakes which management will come down on like no other. Severely insufficient pay for the level of work expected out of its employees. Benefits extended only to a select few employees very high on the company ladder. Shady corporate policies which leave the CSRs open to attack from justifiably angry customers.

Flat organization. If you thrive in a meritocracy where you don't need someone breathing down your neck to do a great job this is the place for you. Also great culture, awesome people, cool perks. See it as an extended family, enjoy coming to work, can't ask for too much more than that.
