      Pros

      The team at Spokeo allows you to exhibit your talents in your own way. Management isn't worried about schedules or attire, they are only concerned with you doing your job. Management encourages ideas and suggestions from everyone.

      Cons

      Environment is extremely quiet. But this can be a plus for many people.

      Pros

      Coming from a market where I am very familiar with the industry standards, Spokeo definitely sets the bar in terms of taking care of it's employees. The company promotes a creative and relaxed environment where passionate employees are constantly rewarded for their hard work. If you are looking for an opportunity where your value is established, this is it!

      Cons

      To be honest, I have not seen any downsides. The only think I could think of is for people who like a very structured and corporate environment, this is not it!

      Top-notch team, good focus on product

      Pros

      The founders and the team really care about the product. A lot of debate on what makes a good product, good design, or how to clean up the data. Some companies only cares about sales and marketing. Product is a priority here. After working here, this company does not deserve some of the bad press they get.

      Cons

      Could use some more communication. Everything is a bit ad-hoc, but generally moving in the right direction. Some of the typical startup cons.
