Pros

People are the biggest pro by far. These are the best people I've ever worked with. I have yet to meet someone here I don't like and can honestly say I've met some of my closest friends here. In addition, there is always food and drinks available. There are free time rooms, work from home options and the view from the office is absolutely beautiful! The benefits are great, the salary is great. Management is easily approachable and HR really takes care of everyone.

Cons

The work from home is tough with such a close culture. I am remote most of the time and wish I was able to be part of more events in the office.

- Fast paste work environment could be overwhelming at times but you learn a lot in the process.
