Great group of people. Thoughtful and generous perks. Humble founders. Happy with pay. Love it here.

Cons

Not a fan the performance management platform, but happy they are consistent with reviews and opportunities for merit raises (twice a year).

Pros

The people at the Company are just the best. Spokeo teammates stay for a long time. I am new here, but a lot of my teammates have been with the Company for 5+ years. It's almost unheard of in the tech world. Spokeo has very strong values and the whole company lives and breathes those values every day. The Company rewards hard work and promotes from within. Spokeo is recognized for its DEIB efforts.

Cons

When you work from home, you miss out on free snacks and lunches. Just saying. :-)
