      Cons

      While the departments communicate well, Customer Care is on a different floor. From prior experience at other companies, teams work better in the same physical space.

We understand that some team members may find it difficult to communicate with other teams due to the physical location of the seating arrangements. Now that we are all working remotely due to Covid-19, we highly recommend you to make use of Slack and Zoom to reach out to other team members and stay in touch. In particular, please participate in the #culture channel on Slack where you can join other teammates on Virtual Coffee Breaks and after-hour chats. The Culture team has also set up a #culture-donut channel to pair up team members from different departments every 2 weeks. You will be randomly paired with another team member and have a chance to chat or connect online for a quick conversation. Hope you continue to enjoy your Spokeo life!

      - Very good team culture - Exposure to lot of new and latest technology stack - Very Good compensation and perks - Work life balance due to flexible timings - If you are eager to learn, then sky is the limit - Data driven company and lot of emphasis on quality of data which is good foundation for any data warehousing project

      Pros

      Company culture: collaborative, humble, and hardworking. My supervisor advocated for me when I sought out growth opportunities as well as let me try things out when I proposed new ideas. If there is a better way to do things, the team will embrace it and try it out. I enjoyed the projects that I worked on. Other pros, I liked my coworkers. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Process for design and research not entirely solidified yet. Good when projects need flexibility, but I think there needs to be a more consistent process in place.
