Hefty employee discount (40% off) The breakroom is mostly well stocked Some of the coworkers are pretty chill Relatively easy to get time off

Cons

Absolute lack of leadership, management is never on the same page and often only doing what's best for themselves. Wages are a joke, performance reviews have little effect on your odds of getting a raise. One manager repeatedly said "you don't work here to get rich" at a storewide meeting about moral. Instead of doing anything to address employee moral they'll have pizza parties.
