Pros

There is great company culture and managers are usually very flexible with hours. I was able to work here for a few years, even after I left town for college because my manager allowed me to pick up shifts when I came home for breaks.

Cons

Sometimes it was a little difficult to find a cover if I needed to miss a shift, however the manager always helped as much as possible.

Pros

The folks who work at SB are awesome! Colleagues are almost always happy to help out across departments however they can.

Cons

The hours of the store don't make for a great work-life balance. Starting late morning and finishing early evening makes it hard to do much outside of work on days with full shifts.
