Coworkers are great people, most of the time. Free break room food.

Cons

Poor pay and even worse management. Management/corporate change operating procedures every two seconds. Some call that adaptability and others more accurately call it incompetence. Favoritism regarding promotions.

The opportunity to be able to connect with members of the community and help them with there sporting good equipment is a lot of fun. Being an expert for those who are looking to be active can be easy, if you are active yourself. Great benefits like food, discount, healthcare, and activity reimbursement.

Cons

The only real downside is on occasion you have very unreasonable people, but that is few and far between. Most people are friendly. It's hard to make a career out of the pay.
