Pros

Benefits for employees such as employee discount, rental privileges, and food in the kitchen are great.

Cons

Pay could be improved. Little opportunity for growth. Upper management detached from work environment and fail to reward excellent growth.

Pros

Amazing reimbursement for health including copays, reimbursement for outdoor activities and gym memberships up to 40%. Fully stocked breakroom full of food every week. Managers tend to work on the floor with you and give constructive feedback on work and ways you can improve.

Cons

Pay. Training employees properly and not throwing them to the wolves Culture. Now, some locations have this dialed in. I have worked at some stores that are just fantastic to be at. Others not so much. The other issue is that its all about who you know. You'll never move up unless one of the higher ups really likes you. Even if you do great work and excel.
