Pros

Benefits and some co-workers are the main reasons I’m still here. Having a stocked breakroom is nice when you’re starving.

Cons

Where to start... - RATS are common in this store (Presidio). Not uncommon to see their feces or smell the urine in certain zones. - PAY IS LOW, LOW, LOW. I understand it’s retail but cost of living in SF is expensive and there are many co-workers who work two jobs to make ends meet (myself included). - Certain employees are consistently late and/or call out often and STILL EMPLOYED. Multiple chances given for employees to play the system! - Favortism is blatant where I work. Employees who ARE NOT qualified to be in leadership roles are promoted out of the blue while those who are qualified are passed over.

Pros

Wonderful company to work for. Great customers and coworkers. Lots of perks that make it worth it.

Cons

There is no accountability in this place, which makes it hard for the people who actually work hard.

Pros

- Fun people - Fun environment

Cons

- No room for growth, they say there is but you have to go literally ABOVE and beyond for maybe a 50 cent raise. - Many promises that don't get fulfilled.
