Pros

Great coworkers. Decent benefits. 40% discount.

Cons

Pathetically underpaid for the amount of work expected. Impossible to get time off unless you find someone to cover your shift.

Pros

Laid back culture, great perks, wonderful people and free food. They also offer a 40% off lifetime discount (if you work full time for a year). I have met some amazing and interesting folk I am proud to call friends. Been working here for a long time and though I loved it, it's become very hard to ignore the obvious and growing issues with this place. If you need a job while you're in college and you know about sports and stuff, this may be a good job for you.

Cons

(I once gave this place 5 stars) This store used to be great, now it's barely okay. After some major restructuring earlier this year, things have really taken a turn for the worse. What little organizational culture that once existed is now completely extinct. Great perks are disappearing before our eyes. There is zero communication and no standards set to keep the business in a profitable position. Partners show no respect to their employees and talk down down to them. They gladly take your feedback but when you turn around they will completely dismiss what you said as being irrelevant and go about whatever plans they've convinced themselves will work. I would describe this place as unprofessional. It's not an inherently bad word because it means you get to dress casual and be a little more laid back, however that also means you go up to the copy room and there are copies of applications not filed with social security numbers just sitting out in the open. It means the store is constantly messy and understaffed by untrained folk and managers that have no time or interest in setting standards for work performance or cleanliness of the store. If you have standards, this may be a tough place to work at. If you like organization, clear goals and good management, this may be a tough place to work at.
