Pros

Great employees and managers, everybody is very friendly and approachable. Decent break room stocked with food. They pay for your races and there are numerous other great perks.

Cons

For the average retail position the pay is average but specialized, technical positions should be paid more.

Pros

Seem to have a good benefits package compared to most retail employment.

Cons

Very disorganized management. When an employee has genuine concerns about the level of service given to customers, it's difficult to find someone who is receptive. Bicycles go out to customers despite mechanic's red tape indicating serious service needs.

Pros

Fun staff, management does not micro manage too much, freedom to merch and create signs. The great benefits for athletes include race reimbursements and 40% discount off everything. Full time staff get health coverage. Airline miles and PTO as well. Great for students as well!

Cons

Hard to move up if you don't plan to be here forever or want to be a manager, so enjoy the time spent and use it as a place to launch from...also, pay is basically minimum wage.
