Pros

The benefits are really amazing, and they are a testament to the values of the founders. After leaving SB and talking to a number of other companies it became clear that a lot of people say that they put their employees first, but at SB they actually do. Incredibly affordable health, dental and optical insurance, quarterly bonus, 50,000 frequent flyer miles per year worked, free food, etc. When weighing another offer from a competitor of similar size the difference in the benefits was about $10k. The work (on the corporate side) is also challenging and exciting.

Cons

It can be a touch cliquey at the top, and they aren't great at spotting and recognizing great work.
