Pros

You can make a difference every day. It's a growing, somewhat unstructured company that's exciting to be a part of. Pay is competitive and all the benefits are outstanding. Really flexible work schedule and impressive co-workers.

Cons

There are some growing pains. More training is needed.

Pros

Great company, incredible benefits, flexible schedule, work with fun people, lots of freedom to make decisions on your own and contribute ideas

Cons

Very often understaffed, which can be quite stressful for the employees AND the customers. Communication throughout the company could be better. Low pay, even for retail (but benefits make up for it to an extent)
