Pros

Too many to count! There are tons of benefits, ranging from "normal" ones like healthcare and 401Ks for full time employees to company backpacking and rafting trips. The people are really cool, and the presidio location is awesome!

Cons

-The pay kinda sucks -I heard from employees that had been there longer than I that it can be very hard to get a raise or promotion

Great perks...free entries to races, discounts for apparel, skiing and snowboarding, lots of other discounts. Casual atmosphere Different departments to choose from

Cons

Retail hours and working holidays, but if you work in retail, you know what you're getting into.
