Pros

Great Staff, great customers, great products, good pay, awesome benefits. I often wish I could go back, if only to visit old friends, but life had other ideas. Mgmt was always reasonable in discussions about company's future and employees' involvement in that future.

Cons

I couldn't stick around to help it grow. Otherwise, I honestly can't think of any real negatives that I wasn't able to discuss with the owners.
