Working at this company has been a nightmare. From day one, it was clear that the management didn't care about its employees. The founders were only interested in making money, even if it meant lying to customers and making false promises. It was a highly unethical environment where salespeople were forced to lie to customers to meet unrealistic targets. The company has no respect whatsoever for its employees; The founders and HR never listened to their employees' concerns; instead, they constantly hired outside talent instead of promoting from within. There was never any opportunity for growth or advancement within the company, and even if you were lucky enough to get promoted, you would never receive a salary raise. Working in an environment where hard work and dedication were not rewarded was frustrating and demoralizing. The constant turnover and lack of loyalty to their employees made it an unpleasant place to work. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a fulfilling and rewarding career.

Management has created a hostile environment. Many of us were verbally belittled in textbook “emotionally abusive” ways, we’ve been publicly shamed amongst our peers, and when 10 reps reported all the issues, it was brushed under the rug and no changes were made. I moved on because I don’t believe they are doing things ethically - they do not have the best interest of their people. I got tired of being forced to go to the office and work in a hostile environment where we would be belittled and shamed. The environment here lacks empathy to the 10th degree. You’d think with all the experience they have that they’d know how to treat people and protect them. The last six months at Spot Ai were the some of the worst. I wish I could speak differently about those managing the situations, but I know that they are aware of the problems, and they still haven’t fixed them. When employees in your business don’t feel safe…. YOU are the problem for not fixing it.
