Pros
Great location downtown with younger employees who work hard and cohesively as a team. Everyone is competitive with each other in getting new customers and being the best at the job. Both of the owners do a great job of keeping their employees happy and the mood relatively light. The renovated and modern office is definitely nice and makes you feel proud to call Spot Freight your place of work. As a freight analyst you will have unlimited earning potential and like all things requires legit hard work.
Cons
It can get a little hectic in the office and there is a lot of stress in the job. At times you will feel overwhelmed and starting to doubt whether you will survive, but the day/s will go on and everything will work itself out.
