      Pros

      At least they pay you on time.

      Cons

      In addition to all of the previously stated grievances, I also want to mention that at the Indianapolis downtown office, all of the software developers are required to work out of the office 5 days per week, and you have to pay for your own parking, which is very expensive. Working downtown is very unsafe. This company is very cheap, the ownership only care about profits, they don't care about their employees whatsoever.

      Good question. The only thing I can think is they have good restaurant underneath them.
