      Management treats the development team like it's a model train set. Crashes and all.

      Pros

      They had a modern office, and it was close to alot of good places to get lunch.

      Cons

      Terrible hours, toxic work environment, and 2 ego-driven micro-managing CEOs. The parking garage they provide is expensive, run-down and attracts alot of vagrants and homeless.

      Company has potential, but at least the one co-founder I worked under is in completely over his head, but his ego will never allow him to accept it.

      Owners perhaps in over their heads.
