      Opportunities for Growth – Plenty of opportunities for professional development and career advancement. Employee Recognition – Hard work and achievements are recognized and rewarded appropriately. Understanding Management – Leaders are understanding when it comes to personal matters and are willing to accommodate schedules when necessary.

      Pros

      For entry level experience there are not many better options. Management is very open to ideas and the ability to learn new technologies is incredibly useful in the starting stages of your career.

      Cons

      Would be good to have a larger team to distribute workload.

      It's been an incredible experience working here. There is good energy, things are happening, and I feel empowered to make my own decisions.

      No real cons, other than commute traffic in and out isn't always the best.
