Insurance, 10 days PTO with carry over, unlikely but its possible to grow or move up.

Cons

Constantly having someone over your shoulder, not much room to in the logistics department. No overtime.

Pros

- Good pay - Mostly good people - Modern offices - Flexibility in lateral department moves

Cons

- No remote or hybrid options except for a handful of tenured staff - Fast paced industry leads to lots of quick changes which can be somewhat sloppy - Some senior staff have trouble adapting to quick changes and make it other peoples problems - Most departments have a quick turnover which can be a huge issue when HR or IT is down to one person helping 500+ employees
