Incredible work life balance Friendly people

Cons

Low compensation (stock option grants are difficult to get) Can't promote past Senior, easier to interview into a Staff position Lack of experience from leadership, they seem to be headless chicken trying to find anything that'll make the company profitable Culture has tanked since the layoffs

great benefits, good salary, interesting problems to solve, remote work possibility

Cons

It used to be a great company to work for but become a bit too corporate and lots of internal politics. They don't really live the values they advertise for anymore. Hopefully it will go back to the nice company it used to be when I joined!

Collaborative environment (mostly), salary and food benefit, work-life balance (depends on the role), people being generally nice

Cons

-Denying to sign collective agreement while advertising that the employees are important is a big dilemma. -Bad planning and decisions causing layoffs. Company taking decisions according to stock market. Hire for growth, fire for ”happy investors”strategy. -No fitness benefit. -No more transparency with upper management. One could ask questions to CEO in all-hands without being filtered 5 years ago, now it is impossible.
