Toxic culture, not team orientated and lack of inclusion. Micromanagement and not equally respected and supported. Very high staff turnover.

Great benefits, meeting new people, not far from home. Safe environment, practice social distance, keeps me informed of any and all Covid -19 precautions with its employees, has an app that allows me to see any new changes.

Cons

Boxes are too heavy for women to lift, not enough time in between breaks to gather yourself properly.
