You get free medical and dental.

Cons

You won't be paid enough to make the co-pays, you won't be hired on directly, and you will put in extra work at home because they will enroll you in an apprenticeship program that doesn't work. I could go on and on. The levels of degradation from the top down is appalling. Look elsewhere for employment. I wasted a decade thinking I would learn something valuable. I did... don't work in manufacturing.
