      Pros

      They take care of you and pay well, a lot of free food and a semi- positive environment. Fast and rewarding work as they are always giving shout outs and compliments and opportunities for new roles.

      Cons

      Hard work where they are constantly rate checking you and pushing more work onto you. Aggressive management who only care about rate and less about size of item or overall team performance.

      Pros

      There are some great benefits with medical-only costing 6 dollars per pay check out of pocket. Vision and dental are free for all employees.

      Cons

      Hours can be long during the peak seasons. I have worked over 60 hour weeks. There seems to be a lack of career development; I haven't had an opportunity to advance in my time there.
