      Pros

      Everyone is very helpful, friendly, and reliable. The pay/benefits are great, and they're always looking for ways to help the community.

      Cons

      My department is newer, so we're a little understaffed.. we currently have pretty long work hours as a result, but nothing we can't handle

      Pros

      Some great benefits working at spreetail. Amazing opportunity for advancement. I’ve been here for 4 months and a lot of my co workers have gotten promotions. You feel important.

      Cons

      The hours can be rough. I typically arrive at 6:30 and during busy season may not leave til 7.
