Leadership from our Directors, Head of BD, and Executive Team is strong and consistent. They set a clear vision and are always accessible. Cross-functional collaboration is a huge strength here. Whether it’s Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or Product—everyone is willing to jump in, share insights, and help move opportunities forward. There’s a strong culture of ownership and growth, with opportunities to take on more responsibility and make a real impact. People genuinely care about the work and each other—it creates a motivated, team-first environment.

Cons

Middle management skills seem to be a bit lacking. A lot of strong individual contributors are now in management positions without management skills, despite company training.
