Pros

My team within Business Development is extremely well structured—we have clear expectations, defined goals, and support every step of the way. Leadership from our Directors, Head of BD, and Executive Team is strong and consistent. They set a clear vision and are always accessible. Cross-functional collaboration is a huge strength here. Whether it’s Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or Product—everyone is willing to jump in, share insights, and help move opportunities forward. There’s a strong culture of ownership and growth, with opportunities to take on more responsibility and make a real impact. People genuinely care about the work and each other—it creates a motivated, team-first environment.

Cons

Some external market factors (like shifting tariffs or freight costs) can create headwinds that impact how we operate. That said, the team does a great job navigating these changes, and it’s part of working in a dynamic e-commerce space.

Pros

Spreetail is a company where values truly guide the work. The culture is collaborative, supportive, and driven by a clear sense of purpose. Leadership genuinely invests in employee growth through mentorship, feedback, and development opportunities that help you stretch and thrive. The principles here aren’t just posters on the wall, they shape how we show up, solve problems, and support each other. It’s rare to find a place where you can grow professionally and feel so connected to the people and mission.

Cons

Spreetail moves fast, and with that pace comes a lot of change. If you thrive in structure and predictability, the dynamic environment can be a challenge, but it also creates space for innovation, ownership, and continuous learning.

Pros

Overall company culture promotes healthy conflict and conversation. The leadership team understands what makes Spreetail unique and success in their market, and pursues those strengths.

Cons

Middle management skills seem to be a bit lacking. A lot of strong individual contributors are now in management positions without management skills, despite company training. The messaging on company culture sometimes drifts toward unsustainable burnout. You have to be willing to draw your line for work/life balance.
