Pros

Open environment where there is little reliance on title. If you have a good idea, you are encouraged to share and be a part of the solution. Great team members that work very hard, but also know how to have fun.

Cons

Just a new company, so a little harder to recruit for open positions. That will get easier as we continue to grow and become well known in the community!

Pros

Great environment-- Open office setting makes for great communication between management/employees/etc. Management encourages ideas and hard work through goal setting and competitive pay/bonuses. Dress is very casual. This is a company where hard work and dedication are handsomely rewarded. I've never worked somewhere where such a large majority of the employees were so emotionally invested in their jobs.

Cons

Since VMInnovations is such a small company employees-wise, we are just now getting benefits-- Still no retirement benefits though. Sometimes it takes a lot of work to push an idea through to execution, but with enough push, it can be done.
