Pros
At Spreetail, you have the opportunity to fail. There isn't a path put out there for you to follow in order to reach your professional goals that is created by your direct supervisor, but your supervisor won't allow you to be complacent with where your'e at. There is opportunity to reach your self set goals if you are ambitious enough to put yourself out there and make a difference. I've seen so many people who say they are ambitious when they first start come in, sit back, and wait for something to be handed to them, yet they are in the same place 2+ years down the road. The coolest thing is anyone can come in and make whatever change (large or small) as long as they can provide the data to back up an idea. There is no system for getting 5 approvals before you can implement your ideas as long as it makes sense for the company. If you're looking for a place where things are going to be easy as far as career growth, I wouldn't recommend applying. If you're up for the challenge (hard work, pressure to perform, long hours, etc.), then go for it. It's worth it in the end, because you can say you earned it.
Cons
- Competition for promotion - Fast Growth provides little room for complacency (it's a good thing). You'll never feel like you had an "easy day".
