Pros

Not any pros really. They provide beer at 4pm till 5pm on Friday afternoons for the employees. But are also serving minors who work in their warehouses

Cons

Management/ Uper Level staff just lie to people and areally horrible athings communication. They abuse the lower level employees. Make false promises.

Pros

Growth and financial success (startup thats profitable), motivating vision and strategy for getting there. Investing a lot in development of employees and proving opportunities for career and personal growth. Always fun social events.

Cons

Lots of hours. The pace and growth demands a lot of employees. If you don't like to work, its not a place for you. Team is young in general (including leaders) which is pro and con. (Less "been there done that" experience)

Thanks for the great feedback! Growth opportunities are important here at Spreetail so we appreciate your feedback on those being positive. And we sure do have some fun events! We do expect a lot from our team and the pace is demanding for our team. You said it best - if you don't like work we aren't your place. Communication, feedback and transparency are absolutely important things to improve; thank you for sharing your advice!

Pros

Pay is competitive Happy hours, beer on Friday afternoon, company paid trip if sales goals are met Young, fun team

Cons

Training is pretty bad. Managing team is immature and all have incredibly poor communication skills. Almost nobody promotes from within or moves between departments and that is how they want it. Relatively new company still that has plans to turn into something huge. With this comes constant change in direction that is portly communicated, unclear roles and expectations, lack of organization, and confusion between departments.
