Spreetail ranks as one of top challenging company's to work for; Challenging in a growth and experience sense. Culture is deep and truly work to impact their employees and communities.

Cons

Growth of the business creates some problems when org. chart and decision making come into practice. The decision makers are necessary clear and hiring 100% headcount YOY causes a lack of clarity.

they pull you in with above average pay and fun trips but at the end of the day you have to understand you're paying for it. with your sole with your sanity. i have never come closer to taking my own life because of the depression i felt at this job. i hope this company goes under so that people have a chance to live their lives.

Cons

everything i worked from 6A to 6P every day 5 days a week and they started forcing me to work on Sundays for a total of 70 hours a week. the people that run this business should be in jail. unfortunately they aren't breaking any laws about but you better believe i looked hard for anything to bring these monsters down. i truly hope this business goes under and the management have to work 70 hours a week doing hard back breaking labor so they understand these are people NOT JUST PROFITS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
