It’s a very social environment and they do their best to have everyone be involved.

Cons

They are not up front with their expectations and even though they claim to focus on “peer accountability” they do not act upon it. They leave you in the dark on a lot and do not let you develop as an employee.

Endless opportunities and room for growth Collaborative atmosphere filled with amazing people Open-Minded to new ideas no matter who is voicing them Fun open culture with lots of employee focused activities

Cons

Balancing work and personal life is the employee's responsibility which leaves opportunity for burnout. High pressure environment - awesome rewards but it takes a lot to get them and if someone can't handle some pressure it's not the place for them Lean to a detriment at times
