Pros

Great benefits, great people, no overly-corporate feeling, start-up vibes

Cons

Being that it is still in start-up mode, be prepared to work longer hours. No 401(k) match (which is more than made up in other areas of reinvesting in employees)

Feel the Impact from Day 1...

Pros

The ability to see your impact on the company as a new employee from the first day you start is amazing. The culture is all about innovation and adapting to changes - so new opinions and ideas are encouraged to keep improving Spreetail. While we work hard, I've been shocked and impressed at how important we've valued building relationships with teammates. The focus on people is authentic and intentional - with multiple opportunities per week to get to know coworkers which is vital as fast as we are growing.

Cons

Forecasting headcount growth to align with financial performance is always difficult - so if you don't like a constantly changing plan or short-term direction, it may not be a fit for you.

Dedicated employees and growth opportunities galore!

Pros

I've never worked for a company that takes such a dedicated approach to help their employees grow. There is a dedicated career development team, retreats focused on personal growth, and a tremendous focus on providing events and other opportunities for team members to develop deep, authentic relationships. Everyone genuinely wants to see others succeed and are willing to go the extra mile to achieve individual, team and company goals. Growing at a very rapid rate can be challenging in many ways, but the collective sense of support and community make our accomplishments that much more special!

Cons

Because of our rapid growth, some of our processes haven't scaled well. We are still dealing with some inefficiencies that can feel like roadblocks to achieving our new goals. We have LOTs of high achievers (which leads to us accomplishing big things) but it can be hard to know how to prioritize time, take breaks and keep from burning out. There is also no match the 401k yet, but it seems like the benefits have been evolving and improving every year!
