While we work hard, I've been shocked and impressed at how important we've valued building relationships with teammates. The focus on people is authentic and intentional - with multiple opportunities per week to get to know coworkers which is vital as fast as we are growing.

I've never worked for a company that takes such a dedicated approach to help their employees grow. There is a dedicated career development team, retreats focused on personal growth, and a tremendous focus on providing events and other opportunities for team members to develop deep, authentic relationships. Everyone genuinely wants to see others succeed and are willing to go the extra mile to achieve individual, team and company goals. Growing at a very rapid rate can be challenging in many ways, but the collective sense of support and community make our accomplishments that much more special!
