      Pros

      The people you work with make this job. From the exec team to the every day employees, everyone makes you feel welcome and feel like an important piece to the team. They provide you with all of the necessary tools to have a successful and enjoyable career at Spreetail.

      Cons

      Hours can be a little bit long and tedious from time to time but you'll have to put in a few extra hours here and there no matter where you work!

      Pros

      Great On Boarding Process; Really care about their employees. The hiring process was great and extremely helpful with relocating. Great culture! It is a younger employee base however, they are very progress and welcoming. I am loving it so far!

      Cons

      None so far, other than would like to see more robust benefits program.

      Pros

      Some great benefits working at spreetail. Amazing opportunity for advancement. I’ve been here for 4 months and a lot of my co workers have gotten promotions. You feel important.

      Cons

      The hours can be rough. I typically arrive at 6:30 and during busy season may not leave til 7.
