Pros

To break it out into general pros: culture, team composition, employee-centric focus, and management/executive team expertise. After 3 months within the company, it is definitely like nothing I have experience in my career thus far, and I absolutely love it. Spreetail has done a fantastic job building a culture that focuses on the value of their employees, hard work, opportunity, and the communities we live in. It is a very collaborative environment in which all departments and individuals are working together on a wide variety of projects/challenges week in and week out. Very exciting and fast paced as far as the company and role go, making everyday interesting and different!

Cons

I have no cons thus far. If you hate long hours, and taking on challenges outside of your comfort zone, it may not be the right fit.

Pros

I've been with Spreetail over two years and have always felt apart of the team, like my opinions are valued, and as if my employer truly cares about me. Spreetail has amazing benefits (healthcare paid, paid maternity, company trip, stock appreciation rights, and monthly company events).

Cons

45 hour work weeks can be tough but they offer plenty of family activities.
