Pros

Creating and developing your career path isn't something that Spreetail just says to excite potential recruits. I see it happen every day. I have never worked for a company where taking ownership truly means I get to drive new opportunities and see the results. The learning never stops. Every person at Spreetail is focused on not only improving their business, but themselves. Spreetail highly encourages teammates to focus on personal development. It’s motivating to work for a company that puts a lot of their resources into developing their teammates. In general, you have autonomy in your position to identify what you are going to work on and where you are going make an impact that aligns with the goals set by your department and company. The benefits are amazing to say the least – your health insurance is paid for, time off that isn’t tracked, a bonus when you purchase a home, stock within the company - just to name a few! Lastly, it is so refreshing to work for people that are just as driven and hardworking as you are. Everyone that you work with is focused on driving results as well as relentless pursuit to make Spreetail better.

Cons

Everyone at Spreetail is hardworking and the business never "turns off". That means you don't usually have a set schedule. It's common to open your laptop at night and weekends.

Pros

As an intern, I was able to collaborate on projects most companies would never allow interns to work on. I have seen them from start to finish and have been able to witness the impacts they have made on the business. The company benefit program is amazing, as they take a company trip each year if the revenue goal is met. There isn't a better place to intern here in Lincoln!

Cons

Spreetail isn't for the faint of heart. You will be challenged daily and be expected to put in 45+ hour work weeks, but the pay off is well worth it.
