Pros
This isn't a fake or paid for review. I wish I was still with the company. I have worked job after job and got burnt out in my field. Spreetail sort of saved my career so to speak. Spreetail had a good balance of workload and career development. I still look back on it fondly and talk highly about the experience. Balanced unlimited PTO was nice to have if you needed to take an emergency day off. However I didn't tap into it often since we were a smaller team. Pay was somewhat fair. Culture was a highpoint, great team members that I am friends with to this day. Meetings felt valuable and I felt VALUED. I'd go back to Spreetail in a heartbeat but sadly there is a lack in U.S. openings in my field.
Cons
Not many, I wish I was still there. Lack of team size. Inexperienced Manager. Over-promised in a short time.
