      Worst Company to work for

      good health insurance that’s it!

      This company reviews are from everyone that works in the office that’s why so high but if everyone that works in Las Vegas FC did reviews it would really drop I don’t know where to start from. They pretty much just use you till you get hurt at least half of the Las Vegas Fc is hurt for poor cleaning and makes warehouse unsafe and still push us to get everything done but there 500 pound pools stacked on each other three high and some have fallen down they don’t pick them up so just a very unsafe warehouse and once you do get hurt they will eventually fire you happened to me and a few others for getting hurt it’s a joke. Also if you report to someone hire of the situation of how bad Las Vegas Fc is you would probably get fired too.

      You Won't Find Better People

      Above all else, the thing sets Spreetail apart is the people you have the opportunity to work with. Spreetail does a wonderful job of vetting candidates before they're hired, and when they say they put a priority around the culture fit, they mean it. Sometimes it feels almost too good to be true, in that I get to go to work with so many great people. From the formal "fun times" like off-site events to the simple joys of a few laughs throughout the day -- it's tough to top the people. Aside from the people, Spreetail just genuinely cares about the people who work here. They care about you as a person, first and foremost, and then as an employee. This company gives you a chance to learn, grow, and become the best you that you can be -- and that's what it's all about, right?

      Cons

      We work a lot of hours and that aspect isn't for everyone. But if you love the people you're with (I do) and the people you're around (I definitely do), then it makes it all worth it.

      RUN AWAY

      Pros

      They make a ton of promises and offer all these exciting benefits but it is a front, it is a lie, run away!!! The only good thing about this company is they have been able to con many good people into working for them, but 90% of those people are actively searching for other jobs.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING, this entire company is a con! Both employees and brands should run away. They lie, they cheat and they steal and if you work for them they will expect you to do their dirty work. For example, they will ask you to go collect tons of marketing dollars from your brands and that money does not get spent on marketing. This company is not doing financially well like they say, instead they steal from one department like the marketing dollars and place it somewhere else so on paper they look profitable. This place even solicits their employees to invest their own money into this company. They keep raising money and fudging P&L statements, eventually there will be no more wool to pull over anyones eyes.
