It's 2.5 stars for a reason, if this were a restaurant no one would go here. If you average out the previous 10 reviews, you'll get a good idea of the cons; yes, they're mostly true. It is mostly true because it depends on where you are and what department. It's hard to generalize that what others are experiencing is true for the entire company since this is a pretty big company. Short of it is, most of the cons said in other reviews are true even for me but it is highly dependent on what department you land.

Had high hopes with new CEO and new leaders. The leaders are focused on the wrong things, micromanage and a huge fear driven culture. Honestly we are all scared to come to work and get fired or laid off daily. Anytime someone leaves, they make up a story and everyone knows it’s a lie. Maybe if everyone you hire is a suddenly a bad hire in 6 months, the issue starts with YOU! Don’t believe the lies of IPO.. this has been used for the last 5 years.
