Cons

Poor pay and said "we start at 7am" but don't give additional compensation and just make this their foundation. I was here for 8 months and went through 5 managers. If you want to build a process or have great stories for your future interviews. This is it.

No formal commission structure Led by former Vendor Managers, lack of sales experience Prioritize non-sales team members experience and POVs, ignore tenured sellers and leaders without asking questions to learn Seem to seek data that supports their initial perspective instead of asking questions from area of not knowing and learning

Not cons for me but the pace and volume of work are increasing with growth, which may be challenging for those who prefer a steadier environment, and success here will require a strong growth mindset and adaptability—this may not be the right fit for everyone
