      -Great mission, great vision -Smart driven coworkers -Some truly exceptional people across the firm -Awesome experience for Sales - lots of growth -Great opportunity for contractors and care team -Promising market -Great PR

      Cons

      -Burnout culture -Lack of comms / adequate transparency -Understaffed + company needs to work on onboarding and employee retention -Marketing team needs a lot more resources -Sales-driven, not product driven org -You will work more than you've ever worked, and you won't feel good about it -Expensive equity in today's market -Tough environment

      There are good people in middle management and at the IC level working hard in earnest.

      Cons

      The culture is incredibly toxic. Senior leaders only interested in avoiding and placing blame. C-suite consistently pushing down decisions that hurt employees. Founders and execs directly bombarding ICs when they've made any slight mistake. Meetings with leaders where it turns into a locker room with vulgar/explicit speech in front of large groups of employees. High attrition, low morale and whatever the opposite of psychological safety is. Would not recommend.

      Pros

      Spring Health has one of the most comprehensive mental health solutions in the marketplace. It leverages technology but also human connection and they truly do remove barriers to care. It's easy to see that the work you are doing is impactful.

      Cons

      This is a toxic place. C-Suite leaders come and go regularly causing unnecessary change and disruption at an already fast paced company. Co-Founder are overly involved in the day to day and believe they can do it better than anyone else. Middle management lacks experience in the space. There is a lack of transparency and honestly when discussing career paths and individuals are often promoted that leave people scratching their heads.
