Pros

Great pay and benefits. A mission that motivates you to do your best and be part of eliminating every barrier to mental health. Flexible schedule.

Cons

Unclear direction, while C-Suite has regular All Hands/Communications, it all appears as a show that they are keeping everyone in the loop of things. But when it comes to your own team, its unclear even when you try presenting solutions they are stopped and the direction comes directly from VP. Majority of management will appear to be nice and supportive but are ingenuine and will do anything that benefits themselves. They strive to appear as a healthy work environment but its all to shield themselves from negative publicity. BIPOC make a low percentage of their staff in departments other than operations, the DEI Associate Director does genuinely want the company to be as diverse & inclusive as possible but only has authority/influence to a certain level, its all driven from top down.

Pros

higher than average starting pay

Cons

focused solely on money; patient care and quality of service comes last. a startup, so expect to work an insane amount of hours and have crazy expectations without being properly compensated. beware

Pros

- Incredible amount of personal and career growth is possible - Who your leader/manager is matters at any company, but especially in hypergrowth. Mine is incredible at both giving me independence, but providing guidance and help when needed - People are great, everyone here cares about the mission and has some personal connection to it -Really good pay regardless of location, benefits are the best I've ever had -Startups usually don't provide any 401K, but Spring Health does -Hiring C-Suite that has experience scaling to be a global company -They care deeply about diversity and inclusion, I love that and creates belonging for me

Cons

-The pace and expectations are not for most people, if you're looking to coast in your role, this isn't the place for you - Lots of great programming that gets introduced, but hard to keep track of it all -When you get a request from C-Suite/ELT, can feel like it needs to be done right away
