Pros

- Fast-paced, high growth start-up in an industry that is hot - Autonomy to make decisions and take risks to help scale the company - If you don't want your CEO or leadership team to be dedicated to growing the business and care deeply about making an impact, Spring Health is not for you - If you just want to cruise by w/o putting in the work and making an impact, this company is not for - If you want to be part of something special + meaningful + being part of the next unicorn while busting your a** rather than be complacent, Spring Health is the right place for you - I read all the negative reviews before I joined and had some reservations, I can honestly tell you they are wrong. All people - leaders, managers, etc. have areas of improvement but instinct that most of the people who left negative reviews did not want to put in the time or energy to make this start-up or any start-up successful. They rather cruise by.

Cons

- This is my 4th start-up and every single start-up or large corporation has areas of improvement but none that would make me consider anything less than 5 stars - Areas of improvement can be professional and personal development, but this will come as the company grows and matures (again a series B start-up).

Pros

-Truly, authentically great culture. From the CEO down and across. EVERY SINGLE PERSON here is approachable, humble, generous, open-minded, and truly committed to breaking down barriers to mental health care. -Some of the smartest folks I've ever been around from Sales to Ops to Product Dev to Clinical -A boss who wrote this to our team after my first week: "Please make sure that you're carving out time for your families and loved ones. Put blocks on your calendar whenever you need to. I would suggest the title of "family time" that way myself and the rest of the team know not to bother you during that time. I will begin doing the same! I truly do not care what time of the day this is - you can always come back later on and get work done. Please feel empowered to take the time you need throughout the week and please feel empowered to say no to meetings that conflict with this (within reason of course)!Separately, please make sure you take care of yourself and your mental health. Building the car while driving can be exciting but it can also be overwhelming. You should all be taking days here and there to recharge, reboot, and not think about Spring. Please feel empowered to take time when you need it. This is really really important and I will absolutely have your back if you ever need to just "take a day".

Cons

-Some previously not great Glassdoor reviews almost scared me off, but at least current-state, this place is a dream. -If you aren't self-aware or don't like a fast paced environment this may not be the ideal fit

Pros

The Care Team at Spring Health is extremely thoughtful, intentional, and compassionate in understanding not only the mental health of our members but our own mental health internally as a company. The leadership is also very open to feedback and applying the feedback as quickly as possible. I appreciate the vulnerability in our company and the care and appreciation we demonstrate to one another. Also, there's a lot of really funny people in the company. The culture feels very fun.

Cons

Fast-paced environment. Constantly embracing new changes. Sometimes the disorganization feels overwhelming.
